This is 6th -12th grade. Matt provides a 10 minute talk on theology and spirituality geared for your teens, then guides them through a dance.

Friday Night Teen Dances

What to expect:

Short lessons (5-10 minutes) to work on a pattern or technique

Line dances provide order and guidance and are also low pressure since the teens don't interact directly with their peers. Its a good way to build energy and confidence in the group

Open dancing is the most challenging, since it requires a certain level of ability and confidence. However, it is also the best part of dancing, where the dancers are able to express themselves most freely and fully
